Abstract

Elementary school children's curiosity about smartphones can be very beneficial if used properly for elementary school children themselves and their parents. The purpose of this writing is to help introduce elementary school children who are starting to study Natural Sciences lessons on various measuring instruments in three dimensions. For the development of this research system using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. This model has a system development flow consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management stages. Application testing uses two tests, namely alpha testing and beta testing. Based on the results of the alpha test, it can be concluded that making an Android-based augmented reality application can increase knowledge, interest in learning and have an attractive appearance for elementary school students.
