Strategi Inovatif Guru Fiqih dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa Materi Zakat Fitrah di MTs Al-Adalah Panipahan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the innovative strategies of Fiqh teachers in improving students' understanding of the zakat fitrah material at MTs Al-Adalah Panipahan. This research is motivated by the fact that there are still students who experience difficulties in understanding the concepts, rulings, calculations, and application of zakat fitrah in everyday life. Therefore, a more engaging, interactive, and contextual learning strategy is needed to improve students' understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Fiqh teachers applied several innovative strategies in teaching zakat fitrah, namely contextual learning, problem-based learning, cooperative learning, and the use of digital media. These strategies are able to improve students' understanding in the aspects of knowledge, application, and social awareness regarding zakat fitrah. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of innovative strategies by Fiqh teachers plays a significant role in improving students' understanding of the zakat fitrah material at MTs Al-Adalah Panipahan. The supporting factors for the success of these strategies include teacher creativity, student motivation, and the relevance of the material to everyday life. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited technological facilities, differences in student abilities, and limited learning time.
