Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the world in 2024 will be around 183 per 100,000 KH (WHO, 2025). In Indonesia alone in 2024 the MMR will be 183 per 100,000. In the province of Central Java, the Maternal Mortality Rate in 2024 will be 427 per 100,000 KH (Mueti Ulfi et al., 2025). The main causes of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia, bleeding, and congenital diseases such as diabetes and heart failure, besides that AKI can also be caused by an elongated period I (Catur et al., 2025). Brebes Regency itself contributed 34 cases of Maternal Mortality in 2025 where the Kaliwadas Health Center recorded 1 case of Maternal Mortality in 2025 (Brebes Health Office, 2025). The purpose this research is able to provide comprehensive obstetric care to Mrs. A aged 26 years G1P0A0 with physiological pregnancy using the SOAP documentation obstetric management approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that parenting Midwifery care begins in the third trimester of pregnancy and runs physiologically during pregnancy monitoring. However, in the delivery process, induction is carried out on the indication of elongated period I, as well as an episiotomy on the indication of a stiff perineum that causes perineal laceration of degree IV. Newborns have a succedaneum caput ± 4 cm. Postpartum and neonatal care is focused on perineal wound care and infection monitoring. All standard care is met, the mother and baby are in good health, and the mother chooses a natural contraceptive method in the form of coitus interruptus. Conclusion is Comprehensive obstetric care for Mrs. A has been managed according to needs. Although there are complications in childbirth and newborns, proper treatment prevents severe complications in mothers and babies.
